我公司承建的廣西省北海市玖龍紙業熱力發電項目煙氣凈化工程于2023年08月08日開工建設。 The flue gas cleaning project of the Jiulong Paper Thermal Power Generation Project in Beihai City, Guangxi Province, undertaken by our company, started construction on August 8, 2023.
該項目總投資350億元，占地面積4930畝，分兩期建設，一期處理規模為1x1800t/d。建成后，年產將達到795萬噸林漿紙一體化及智能化包裝全產業鏈。配置1×220t/h固廢焚燒循環流化床鍋爐+1×50MW抽凝汽輪發電機組+1×100MW抽凝汽輪發電機組及配套附屬系統的工業固廢項目。煙氣處理采用“SNCR爐內脫硝+SDA半干法煙氣脫硫＋一級布袋除塵器+活性炭噴射+二級布袋除塵器+飛灰輸送及穩定化工藝”的煙氣凈化工藝，為我司EPC工程。 The project has a total investment of 35 billion yuan and covers an area of 4930 mu. It is constructed in two phases. The processing scale of the first phase is 1 × 1800t/d. After completion, the annual output will reach 7.95 million tons of forest pulp and paper integration and the whole industrial chain of intelligent packaging. Industrial solid waste projects equipped with 1 × 220 t/h solid waste incineration circulating fluidized bed boiler +1 × 50MW chilling steam turbine generator set +1 × 100MW chilling steam turbine generator set and supporting ancillary systems. Flue gas treatment adopts the flue gas cleaning process of "SNCR furnace denitration + SDA semi-dry flue gas desulfurization + first-class bag dust collector + activated carbon injection + second-class bag dust collector + fly ash transportation and stabilization process", which is our EPC project.
